Teledyne ISCO in the WEFTEC Live Studio

Kaushal Trivedi, Business Development Manager – Water Platform for Teledyne ISCO, and Anna Mehrotra, Director of the Wastewater Surveillance Program for the Water Environment Federation visited the WEFTEC Live Studio to talk about wastewater-based surveillance. They described an ongoing project to place autosamplers in utilities to gather public health data from wastewater. Trivedi also showed off a portable autosampler that can fit inside a manhole. Mehrotra described how WEF has collaborated with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to distribute 226 autosamplers to small wastewater utilities at no cost.
