    A ‘pas-de-deux’ with two of France’s most influential hospitality designers working today, both listed in the inaugural AHEAD 100 Top Ten projects of 2023. Tristan Auer will give exclusive insight into his delicate tailoring of the legendary Carlton Cannes, which also won Hotel of the Year at AHEAD Europe 2023 for his sensitive restoration work.

    Jordane Arrivetz will give a heads-up on her different project, and among them, Le Majestic, as well as sharing the story behind Bonnie, the rooftop restaurant at SO/ Paris – a new hotel icon on the banks of the Seine.

    Un “pas-de-deux” avec deux des concepteurs français les plus influents dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie et de la restauration, qui figurent tous deux dans la liste inaugurale des dix meilleurs projets de l’année 2023 de l’AHEAD 100. Tristan Auer donnera un aperçu exclusif de son travail délicat sur le légendaire Carlton Cannes, qui a également remporté le prix de l’hôtel de l’année à AHEAD Europe 2023 pour son travail de restauration sensible.

    Jordane Arrivetz évoquera ses différents projets, dont un à venir au Majestic, et partagera l’histoire de Bonnie, le restaurant sur le toit du SO/ Paris – une nouvelle icône hôtelière sur les rives de la Seine.
