We thank around 2,000 exhibitors and visitors for their answers to our question about how Koelnmesse should fulfil its responsibility for the sustainability of its events and its location. This tells us what our customers expect from us in ten categories such as climate protection, waste and resources or energy. Indeed, we want to continue to bring our business into balance with society and the environment.
The online survey is part of the development of our sustainability strategy. “We have been working on this topic since 2015 with numerous measures. Now, with the strategic orientation of our sustainability activities, we are launching the second stage for our customers and because we ourselves want to transparently show how sustainable we are!”, emphasises CEO Gerald Böse.
