Championing Diversity and Innovation in Water

The Water Environment Federation (WEF) and the Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors (AEESP) named Dr. Belinda Sturm from the University of Kansas as the 2023 WEFTEC Master Lecturer.

Dr. Sturm joined us in the WEFTEC Live Studio following her master lecture, titled, “Embracing the Imposter Among Us: How Interdisciplinary and Intersectional Identities Are an Asset.” She discussed her background and the experiences that have led her to be a leader in the sector as well as the sentiments and reactions she received during her lecture.
