This trend is apparent with IP like Miffy, the cartoon bunny created in 1955 by Dick Bruna. Mercis bv manages the IP and uses licensing agents globally to create targeted licensing deals. At Licensing Expo, Mercis bv hoped to meet with potential licensees to expand the brand further.
