Premium Food Show consists of 5 food categories: Halal food, vegetarian food, vegan food, gluten-free food, and organic food. Held since 2012, this exhibition will feature new food trends that have attracted attention around the world, such as Halal food, vegetarian and vegan food, gluten-free, and organic foods, among others. By matching products and services that encompass the total background of foods, such as religions, lifestyles, health and food safety and security, Premium Food Show aims to invigorate inbound tourism" and "overseas exports," and to discover new needs in Japan's domestic market.
