Japanese agriculture is facing significant challenges, including labor shortages, increasing abandoned farmland, and growing competition under the TPP. These are further exacerbated by rising energy and material costs due to global instability, as well as natural disasters linked to climate change. In response, efforts are underway to promote smart agriculture, consolidate and scale up farmland and farm operations, and enhance product branding. To support these initiatives, we are hosting a trade exhibition to foster the exchange of people, goods, technologies, and information for achieving sustainable agriculture. Despite ranking fifth nationwide in agricultural output, Tokai region has lacked a large-scale event of this nature. We warmly invite relevant organizations, institutions, and companies to participate, present their technologies, products, and services, and build new partnerships with agricultural professionals, contributing to realize sustainable agriculture.
