Trainiert wird mit hochentwickelten Simulationspuppen, VR- und AR-Technologie und teils sogar mit Schauspielerinnen als Patientinnen, ergänzt durch gemeinsame Videoanalyse und Reflexion.
Geschäftsführerin Petra Coenen erklärt, warum es dabei nie um eine einzelne Berufsgruppe geht, sondern um Kommunikation im Team.
Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf internationalen Hebammen, die lernen, wie Zusammenarbeit in Deutschland funktioniert, auf Augenhöhe mit deutschen Fachkräften.
