It is the largest food exhibition in the UK with over 40 years of history. London is a cosmopolitan city that also attracts restaurants from cuisines all over the world. Japanese food is also gaining popularity. It is an excellent access to the UK and Irish markets. The show is the core of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, which also includes IFE Manufacturing, The Pub Show, Hotel Restaurant & Catering and the International Salon Culinaire. Salon Culinaire will also be held at the same time. It is the UK's most influential food and beverage trade show.
